Why is Jim Jones dissing Joe Budden?

These two had a song together on Jay-z's where I'm from beat. It is very ironic that Jay might now send Joe Budden to get at Jim and this clip does nothing but fuel the fire... Like I said before I'm not a big fan of rap beef but I just found this interesting.
